MPC Freestyle X-Firm Wheel

The X-Firm Dual Natural MPC Freestyle wheel is the result of a collaboration between the companies MPC, which has a lot of know-how about speed wheels, and FR and Seba, which have a lot of know-how about freeride and freestyle inline skating.

In terms of appearance, it is immediately noticeable that there is hardly a hub. The cavity for the bearings changes almost immediately into polyurethane.
As the name and history suggest, this is one of the best wheels for freestyle slalom inline skating and therefore also for freeriding.

The X-Firm MPC Freestyle wheel is the wheel that is installed under the special freestyle skate FR SL Freestyle.

The brand MPC does not follow the usual durometer pattern. The X-Firm designation means that the wheel is suitable for outdoor, dry road surfaces. It corresponds more or less with 85A. (If you have no idea whether Firm, X-Firm or XX-Firm would suit you, then choose an X-Firm wheel like this one.)

Strengths:

• Aesthetically and in terms of performance a special wheel.
• A dual density wheel specially designed for freestyle.

Weaknesses:

• It is more expensive than most other 80 mm wheels. (For the purchase price, not in price per kilometer.)
